My stay at the hotel was fantastic, with beautifully decorated rooms that were spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The service was attentive and amazing overall, making my anniversary weekend truly memorable. The central location in Franschhoek was perfect, offering a sunny and safe environment with overnight security. The dining experience was superb, with a diverse menu and healthy options available. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room, though marketed as having a private pool, is actually shared with the adjoining suite, albeit with a privacy screen. However, the noise from the nearby Colcohio restaurant's outdoor bar was quite disruptive. On the upside, the room offers a bath and separate shower, two vanity sinks, a lounge area, a private terrace, and a plunge pool, which was a nice touch.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great views of the mountains. The service, especially from Conrad and Franklin, was outstanding. The location was fabulous, allowing us to explore shops and cafes easily. The dining experience was excellent, served in a quaint dining room with beautiful plates. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

The rooms at the top of the slope down to the main building were very large and comfortable, featuring a walk-in shower. The terrace/garden area added a nice touch, even though the room was a bit dark.
